Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and all his family and companions. As for what follows:

It is a great honor to serve this beloved country and the male and female students at Northern Border University. I warmly welcome all students from various specializations to our university. I assure you that I will do my utmost to support and guide you through any challenges you may face during your educational journey. I pray to God for His assistance in fulfilling this responsibility and for us to meet it with utmost diligence and dedication.

The student is at the heart of the educational process, its ultimate goal, and the reason for its existence. Our esteemed university aims to prepare students, both male and female, to face present and future challenges in life. The deanship, along with its dedicated employees, is committed to providing comprehensive services and facilities in each respective field of expertise. Our goal is to equip graduating students with theoretical knowledge, practical experiences, and positive attitudes, enabling them to contribute effectively to their personal growth and community development. Our motto at the deanship is "the student first." With a positive and welcoming attitude, we strive to provide exceptional services and programs that meet the interests, aspirations, and needs of male and female students. We dedicate ourselves to supporting national unity through various activities, services, and programs.

According to its strategic plan, the deanship seeks to focus on qualifying experienced scientific cadres, spreading the culture of innovation and creativity, and encouraging distinguished competencies of students to contribute to the knowledge industry, which ensures the graduation of trained cadres capable of creativity and achieving leadership in their fields of specialization and leading their societies.

In conclusion, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the university president for their unwavering support in the development and service provided by the deanship to male and female students. I also appreciate the esteemed vice deans and all my colleagues, college deans, and partners contributing to our success.
